The Group labor Union was set up on June 19th, 2008, approved by Guangzhou Yuexiu federation of trade unions, which consists of staff representatives in different levels. Its organizational structure includes labor union committee and expenditure censor committee.
The Group Labor Union carries out the responsibility of maintaining the legal right for staffs. It works dependently and does indeed affairs for staffs, being the close-knit between company and staffs. In the meantime, according to the strategic direction of company operation, it should unite all staffs to make contributions on the development, stability and harmony of company.
