Donlink Machinery (Guangzhou Dongling Machinery Industry Co., Ltd.) is mainly engaged in aluminum alloy deep processing, automobile wheel hub R&D and production, mold development, engineering machinery parts R&D and manufacturing, etc. It is a high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, manufacturing and service. Since its establishment in 2000, Donlink Machinery has partnered with well-known domestic and international automobile companies and parts manufacturers to build a whole industrial chain of mechanical parts with international level, mainly providing synchronous design, synchronous research and development, and synchronous supporting services for famous enterprises, such as BYD, Japanese automobiles, and Caterpillar OEMs in the United States.
The main production base is located in Zengcheng District, Guangzhou City, with a production capacity of 10 million aluminum alloy wheels per year (ranking among the top 10 in the country in terms of output and top 10 in industry export volume), 120,000 tons of aluminum alloy deep processing per year, and 300 sets of mold manufacturing per year. In 2021, Dongling Machinery Zengcheng Industry expanded to Qingyuan Yingde and put into production to further develop lightweight aluminum alloy wheel projects. Donlink Machinery has the only licensed "ANC low-pressure casting and ANC+FF" patented technology in China (on the basis of a 25% reduction in product weight, the wheel mechanical properties are improved by more than 30%) and a domestic first-class casting R&D, testing and experimental base, as well as a number of independent intellectual property rights and patents.Wet have been rated as A-level and excellent supplier by major domestic automobile manufacturers for consecutive years, and is known as the leader in China's automotive components (wheel hub) industry.
